Artificial quality of life and us

    Allah Almighty created the world and everything in it seemed to express its greatness and rule with its beauty and unique features and colors. The heavens, the earth, the sea, the river and every creature found in it are the best works of this one Creator.  Man also made different colors, shapes and heights in the world. We should be thankful to Allah that He created us right and sound.

    Gave the ability to think consciously. Now man must improve his standard of living. Take care of your health, eat a balanced diet, exercise and get a good night's sleep. But in this day and age, the idea of ​​good health and beauty has changed. In this day and age, all this has become artificial. Man is in the age of artificial beauty and health where cosmetic surgery is common. Why isn't our face thin? Why isn't our nose beautiful? For this reason, people are going to big doctors to change their nose map. They are being made lip service by paying a huge fee. Someone wants to get rid of eye wrinkles and many problems are the invention of today's artificial beauty. Thinking that our body is not fit. X-rays are taken on machines in the gym for hours, but there is no time for morning exercise and walking. 

Waking up late at night and getting up late in the morning has become a way of life. There is a proliferation of fast food and greasy dishes in the diet which has also made the youngsters suffer from diseases prematurely. Simple and pure food is almost non-existent. Mobile phones have also kept children away from sports. Excessive use of mobile games and computers will not only weaken their eyesight but also make them suffer from mental health problems. Parents are also seen saving their lives by giving mobile phones to their children. Earlier, people used to sit and talk to each other. The whole house was aware of each other's problems. People now spend less time with their families and more time in social circles. 

    As a result, we have many problems. Every other person now wants money and showmanship at weddings. Where he spent more than his pocket to show others and also seemed to be in debt. Because of this there was a competition among the people and the problems of the class system began to grow. We are trapped in a web of appearances and appearances that deprive us of a simple life, pure food, and good health. It is as if we have become so engrossed in material things that our standard of living is becoming artificial. We have to get our thinking out of this artificial glare so that we can actually live and not live.
